It's Monday!!
UGH. Right?
Time to sweat away all the fun from the weekend... food, drinks... treats ;) Today was my normal, Boot Camp, sweat it out morning, but for some reason I decided to get all ambitious with it, and RUN to Boot Camp. Yep, UP Fairfield...
For some reason, I didn't realize just how UPHILL that is! But, I made it.. and that made my Boot Camp workout that much better :)
Here's a picture I snapped, just before the sun came up over the mountains. I love these mountains... one of the reasons I choose to live here.
So, I'm NOT going to show you the picture of me that prompted the ambitious workout... let's just say, I've got some work to do. But, I will share with you, me and mom, sweat and all! Props to my Boot Campin' Mamma... Isn't she cute?? ;)

We've all seen the Pin, (on Pinterest...)
"I can't wait to wake up and have my coffee!" Or, something like that...
Yeah?
I am addicted to coffee. Have to have it. Don't WANT to go without it. ;)
BUT, I am trying to be more conscience of what goes into my body, and we all know (and if you don't know, now you know,) the 'non dairy' creamers, are not the best choice. They are filled with sugar, artificial sweeteners and preservatives. I mean, c'mon, it's a cream, that can sit out on the counter. All day. Eek!
I started out trying the Silk Soy Creamer in French Vanilla.. yum. Then I started seeing more and more people talking about 'pumpkin pie spice'. I thought I'd give it a go. Found mine at Target ;)
OH MY GOODNESS.
These two together, are a natural, creamy deliciousness... that just happens to be BETTER for your bod. and, just in time for Fall!
